2. What data we collect

The only place on this website where you can submit personal data is our inquiry / quotation form (“Contact Us”). When you use it, we collect:

• —Phone number (if provided)
• —The content of your message, including any container specifications or requirements you describe

We do not collect payment information, and this website does not have user accounts or logins.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation or proposal. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps, at your request, prior to entering into a contract.

We do not use the data from this form for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

We share the data you submit with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:

• —Bitrix24 — our CRM, where inquiries are recorded and tracked through our sales process
• —Google Workspace — our business email provider, which may receive a notification of your inquiry
• —Netlify — our website hosting provider

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, contest sponsors, or marketing partners.

5. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards required by GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider.

6. How long we keep it

If your inquiry does not result in a business relationship, we retain your data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

If your inquiry results in an order or contract, we retain the related personal data for as long as required by Estonian accounting and commercial law (generally up to 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
